Frequently asked questions

  • CCC (Corstorphine Community Centre) is a charity which runs a community centre in Corstorphine. It was formed under its present name in 2018 by amalgamating Corstorphine Public Hall Company (CPHC) and Corstorphine Youth and Community Centre. (CYCC).

CPHC was the company which originally planned and built the Corstorphine Public Hall in 1891 - 1892, while CYCC was formed in 1980 to take on the day to day running of the Hall for the benefit of the local community.

CCC was based in St John's Road from 2014 to 2022, and moved to 5 Kirk Loan in the summer of 2022.

  • The members of the board running CCC are all volunteers and we often have vacancies for interested parties to join. However you do not have to join the board to help, you can volunteer in the shop, with activities or fundraising.
