A message from Sian about the Babies and Toddlers Monday Drop In

This activity is taking a break over the summer to refurbish the space we use and gather more resources!

You are welcome to drop in to the centre and have a cuppa and chat but we won’t be running any facilitated activities.

Thank you to HandinHand Childcare for their input over the past few weeks and we look forward to welcoming everyone back in August.

If you have any suggestions about activities, dates and times of meetings then please let us know.

Happy Holidays.

The Annual General Meeting of Corstorphine Community Centre will take place on Thursday, 27th June 2019 at 7 pm in Corstorphine Hub, 191 St John’s Road.

If  members wish to nominate anyone to serve on the committee, please advise the secretary in advance. Associated groups are encouraged to nominate representatives to attend committee meetings on their behalf.

After the formal business of the meeting is concluded, there will be an opportunity to discuss the future direction of the organisation, and after that refreshments will be served.

The charity shop has now completed its move into the space previously occupied by the café and the rest of the space is being developed as a community centre to expand the programme and number of groups in preparation for moving into the new centre when it is built.

Volunteers from within the Centre have refurbished some vacant space into a meeting room which can accommodate up to about 20 people.

This new room, along with the revamped general space, will give three separate meeting spaces for groups, functions etc.

Anyone interested in using the space or volunteering to help run groups and activities should contact the Centre

The CCC Coding Club has now finished for this term but depending on demand we may start it up again. Contact cyc.centre@gmail.com if you’re interested.
